Shipping and Delivery Policy
All the shipping and delivery policies stated below are applicable within India delivery only. The average delivery period may vary from 7-14 days.
Returns and Exchange
At Top Cotton, we follow strict quality control to ensure our designs and products meet all necessary standards. However, in case of damage or inconsistency, you may opt for an exchange or refund. Kindly initiate the request by sending an email to care@saltearth.in along with images of the products.
We will process a refund or exchange after reviewing the provided information. The request may be rejected if it does not meet the following criteria:
- Faded color upon arrival
- Stain marks, holes, or tears in the fabric
The following aspects will NOT be considered as damage:
- Minor variations in the product's dimensions.
- Minor color variations in the materials used. For more details, read our Terms and Conditions.
Return and Refund
Ensure your Top Cotton products are securely packed in the same package as received.
Your return will be processed only if we receive all the additional accessories that came with the product.
The refund will be initiated after receiving the returned product and the process typically takes 3 days. The amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 7 to 10 days.
Exchange
The pickup will be arranged as soon as our support team acknowledges your exchange/return request. Once we receive the returned product (typically within 2-3 days), we will ship your new product.
If the selected product costs more than the returned item, you will need to pay the difference. If it costs less, the remaining amount will be credited to your Top Cotton account within 3 days.
If you wish to change the product immediately after placing an order, please email us at care@saltearth.in to modify the order before shipping occurs.
